Priscilla Koilor

Chief Executive Officer

Priscilla Koilor is the Founder and CEO of Mobile Holistic Healing Services. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Drexel University and a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix.

With a strong commitment to serving vulnerable populations, Priscilla currently works as a Program Manager with Resources for Human Development, supporting young adult men ages 18–24 who are experiencing mental health challenges and homelessness. Her career spans diverse roles dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, autism, and chronic health conditions. She previously served as a Supervisor with Peaceful Living and as an Employment Specialist with Special People in Northeast. In addition, she has extensive experience as a Service Coordinator with all three Managed Care Organizations in Pennsylvania; PA Health and Wellness, UPMC, and Keystone First, providing long-term services and supports to Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries.

Driven by her firsthand experience in healthcare and human services, Priscilla is passionate about preventative care for chronic diseases and expanding access to holistic health services in underserved communities. Her mission is to empower individuals in low-income areas to achieve improved overall health and well-being.
