Cost:free Nourish is an eight-week nutrition education and meal kit delivery program that provides each participant with healthy, easy-to-find ingredients; simple and affordable recipes; tips on healthy cooking techniques; nutrition information; and weekly online classes, as well as information about additional resources available in the community. NKCDC provides additional nutrition classes and healthy food through SNAP-Ed.
