The Youth Transition Center (YTC) Program is for homeless youth ages 14-17 and utilizes Positive Youth Development (PYD) curriculum, while providing Trauma Informed care. Residents at the shelter receives: – Clothing, Meals, Individual & Family Counseling, Mentoring, Case management, Family reintegration, Education, Daily Life Skills, Computer Literacy, GED Prep,Career  & Job Prep, Workforce Development, Substance Abuse Counseling, Legal Services, Medical Care (HIV/STD/STI testing/treatment)
